Hudl Terms

Effective from: 19 May 2025

Hello and welcome to Hudl! 👋 By joining our community, participating in our events, or purchasing a course or resource, you agree to the following terms. Please take a moment to read through them — we’ve tried to keep things clear, fair and friendly.

These terms are a legal agreement between you (the “Member”) and Pitch & Bloom Ltd, trading as Hudl, a company registered in England and Wales. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at claire@heyhudl.com.

🧡 1. Overview of Hudl Membership

Hudl is a community platform hosted on Mighty Networks. We’re here to support early career starters and new managers working in creative agencies through community connections, learning opportunities, and professional development.

As a Hudl Member, you can access:

  • ✅ Free community spaces

  • ✅ Free live webinars and access to our resource library

  • ✅ Our quarterly mentorship programme (application-based)

  • ✅ Occasional access to bonus events, at our discretion

  • 🔐 Paid content, including courses, downloads, and masterclasses (only available to those who have purchased them)

Not all spaces and activities are available to free members. Some areas of the platform are restricted to those who’ve purchased specific courses or events.

💸 2. Courses, Masterclasses & Paid Content

Hudl offers a range of paid training opportunities, including:

  • The Agency Impact Programme (6-month leadership development course)

  • The Unleash Your Cultural Potential course

  • One-off digital products and masterclasses (coming soon)

All paid content is offered as a one-off payment, with no subscriptions or recurring fees.

Once purchased, you’ll get lifetime access to that content for as long as Hudl continues operating. If Hudl ever plans to close or cease trading (don’t worry — this isn’t happening!), we’ll give you advance notice and the opportunity to download your materials.

🔁 3. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our training and digital products are delivered immediately and include full access from day one, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Changing your mind, not completing a course, or being dissatisfied with your experience does not qualify for a refund. We encourage you to review course information and ask us questions before purchasing.

🌈 4. Community Conduct & Culture

Hudl is built on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. To keep our community safe, inclusive and genuinely valuable, we ask all members to:

  • Be respectful of others' views, backgrounds, and experiences

  • Offer support, not criticism – we’re here to lift each other up

  • Keep shared materials and advice confidential

  • Avoid spammy behaviour or self-promotion

  • Ask for help, share generously, and collaborate with kindness

  • Flag any concerns or inappropriate behaviour to us directly

We reserve the right to remove anyone who breaches these values or behaves in a way that disrupts the community experience for others.

🔐 5. Intellectual Property

All content provided within Hudl — including course materials, downloads, videos, and event recordings — is the intellectual property of Hudl or its collaborators.

You may use this content for your personal learning and development only. Sharing, copying, or distributing it (in whole or part) is not allowed without our permission.

📧 6. Personal Information & Privacy

By joining Hudl, you agree to our handling of your data as outlined below:

  • When you sign up, you’ll be added to our mailing list to receive updates, resources, event invites and community news. You can unsubscribe anytime.

  • Your profile within Mighty Networks is visible to other members by default, but you’re free to adjust your visibility and privacy settings.

  • We will never share your data with third parties without your permission.

  • We comply with UK GDPR and take data protection seriously.

📱 7. Technology & Access

You’re responsible for ensuring you have access to the internet and suitable devices to take part in Hudl. We’re not liable for any access issues outside of our control.

🛠 8. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new services or legal requirements. We’ll let you know of any significant changes via email or within the platform. Continued use of Hudl means you’re happy with the latest version.

We believe in the impact of our community and training, but we can’t guarantee specific results or outcomes. By joining Hudl or purchasing a product, you accept full responsibility for how you apply the content and the outcomes that follow.
